Eligible Participants a) Funding stage (if any) before Series C, namely, at seed stage, series A or series B stage, including A+ or B+; b) Startup companies founded within 36 months from the application date； c) Less than $10M in annual revenue； d) Experiencing or expecting rapid growth and don't want your database to become a bottleneck Generally, the Qualified Eligible Members should meet all the above criteria. Offer Limitations Up to $100,000 in TiDB Cloud credits, the final amount of offer to each Eligible Member will be determined by PingCAP at its own discretion according to the Eligible Member's application and reasonable consideration.
