• What you buy: Access to curated information and step-by-step guides about third-party startup credits and perks (not the credits themselves).
• Who controls offers: Third-party providers control eligibility, approvals, amounts, and changes.

1. Agreement

By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe (payment processor). You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees according to your chosen plan and billing frequency.

You are responsible for any taxes that may apply, except where we are required to collect them.

3. Definitions

"Content" means the databases, listings, text, guides, instructions, and other materials made available through the Service.

"Third-Party Providers" means the companies whose perks/credits/ programs may be referenced in the Content.

"Subscription" means a paid plan that provides access to the Service for a billing period.

4. What the Service is (and is not)

4.1 Information access - not credits

Fushly provides access to information (including links and guides) about startup credits, perks, discounts, and programs that may be offered by Third-Party Providers.

Fushly does not provide, issue, resell, guarantee, or distribute credits. Any credits/perks are offered (if at all) by Third-Party Providers under their own terms.

4.2 No guarantees / no outcomes

We do not guarantee you will obtain any credit/perk. Outcomes vary based on Third-Party Provider requirements and decisions.

4.3 Third-Party Providers control availability and terms

Third-Party Providers may change or remove offers at any time, including eligibility requirements, application flows, approval criteria, amounts, usage rules, and timelines.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or security issues.

6. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

6.1 Plans

Fushly offers subscription plans such as:

• $55/month, billed monthly
• $400/year, billed annually

We may change pricing for future billing periods with prior notice (for example, via email or in-app notice).

6.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before your renewal date.

6.3 How to cancel

You can cancel anytime via your account settings and/or via Stripe's customer portal link (if provided). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: https://fushly.com/refund-policy. Generally, purchases are non-refundable once access is delivered, except as described there or required by law.

8. Acceptable use (no scraping / no resale)

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated means to access or extract Content,
• copy, download, or systematically collect Content to build a competing product,
• resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute access or Content outside your internal business use,
• bypass paywalls, access controls, or security features,
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or private databases,
• use the Service unlawfully or to harm others.

9. Intellectual property and license

The Service and Content are owned by or licensed to Fushly and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your personal or internal business use. This license ends when your subscription ends or if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-party links and services

The Service may include links to Third-Party Provider sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their services, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY OFFERS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUSHLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FUSHLY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF GREATER, IF YOU PREFER A FIXED FLOOR).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fushly and its service providers from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service (including scraping), fail to pay, or engage in suspected fraud. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

16. Governing law
